This is a 1099 contract role, averaging approximately 25 hours per week. All stores in your territory are located in the Greater Los Angeles area, so residency in that area is required.

Position Summary The Brand Ambassador increases brand visibility and sales by creating an environment that inspires customers to explore the LAGOS brand at each store. A Brand Ambassador supports and guides the store team to deliver exciting customer experiences and maintain a positive brand image.

Essential Functions

Drive brand visibility and sales through compelling product displays and customer experiences.

Ensure adherence to company visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.

Maintain clear pad direction, following company merchandising standards for all collections.

Lead execution of merchandise upkeep—including polishing, RTVs and swaps.

Ensure that all products and fixtures in the cases are pristine.

Train staff in proper case layout, product mapping, key items, and seasonal awareness.

Train staff members in the areas of product knowledge and selling.

Educate store teams on seasonal product launches, upcoming marketing, events, campaigns, and brand standards.

Provide daily updates to the Field Experience Manager on store visits, store inventory, marketing needs, and merchandising strategies.

Communicate regularly with store staff and Designated Sales Associates on inventory, visual displays, clientele, and upcoming events.

Promote any new LAGOS opportunity with each account: new space/location, increased case availability, competitive marketing, and incentives.

Alert the Field Experience Manager and upper management to move within the store, higher selling days/incentives and management changes.

Report seasonal trends and merchandising opportunities from competitive shopping and analysis.

Attend events as needed to support onsite teams; attend company training seminars in Philadelphia and other offices.

Assist the Field Experience Manager with planning, organizing, and implementing all Designated Sales Associate conclaves.
