Role Overview We’re looking for a passionate and creative
Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator
to join our Marketing team. This role is responsible for managing our social media strategy and day-to-day presence across all platforms, helping to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on — someone who understands what drives engagement and can bring ideas to life through visually compelling content, storytelling, and trend-savvy execution. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and photography teams to create content that reflects our brand voice and inspires our audience. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.). Plan, create, and post engaging photo, video, and graphic content that reflects our brand aesthetic and product storytelling. Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices — identifying opportunities to integrate new ideas and formats. Manage the social content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives. Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and tags in a timely and professional manner. Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting and insights to inform strategy. Collaborate with internal teams (photography, design, and sales) to source and develop content that supports our wholesale and interior designer programs. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 2+ years of professional experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or business. Strong understanding of current social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and analytics tools. Experience creating visual and video content using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Lightroom, or similar). Excellent written and visual storytelling skills with strong attention to detail. Basic photography or videography experience is preferred. Creative thinker with the ability to adapt brand voice across multiple platforms. Familiarity with the home furnishings or interior design industry is a plus. Application Requirement
