Job Summary Our client is seeking a creative and data-driven
Social Media Strategist
to manage their social presence and turn followers into engaged brand advocates. The ideal candidate will develop and execute social media strategies that increase awareness, engagement, and conversions across multiple platforms.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, YouTube, and more.
Monitor social trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity.
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing recommendations to improve results.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, influencer collaborations, and content amplification.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or organization.
Proven ability to grow and engage audiences.
Strong understanding of social media analytics, KPIs, and reporting tools.
Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., Sprout Social).
Knowledge of paid social advertising best practices.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with basic design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).
Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally under tight deadlines.
