Job Overview
General merchandise associates greet customers on the salesfloor, offer them assistance and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They also ensure Hobbies & Home Improvement displays are maintained and in proper order throughout day. Paint mixing and fabric cutting may be required. Responsibilities

$14.00/hr - $27.00/hr Hourly Wage:
$14 - $27 per/hour Compensation and benefits
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Other premiums may apply from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (schedule, facility, season, or work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
