Responsibilities
Grow sales and market share for assigned territory by promoting and servicing vascular products
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve objectives and maintain market share
Identify opportunities within current and new customer bases, implementing strategies for business growth
Train medical staff on products and procedures while managing relationships with key decision-makers
Represent the company at industry conferences to maximize sales leads and promote products
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 7 years of B2B sales or healthcare sales experience, including 4 years in interventional cardiology, radiology, or related fields
Proven track record in sales within a hospital or Cath Lab setting
Must possess a valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance
Ability to meet hospital vendor credentialing requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in medical devices, capital equipment sales, or surgical sales
Degree in biological science or business
Business planning and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results
Knowledge of operating room and hospital protocols
