Lead Clinical Recruiter role at Centria Autism (Centria Healthcare). Remote but must reside in Dallas, Texas. Founded in 2009, Centria operates in 13 states and uses data-driven analytics and software platforms to monitor quality and performance. Position Summary
The Lead Clinical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring individuals interested in working with children on the Autism Spectrum for hard-to-fill job openings. These candidates are or will become BCBAs (Supervising Clinicians) who build client programming and supervise a team of Behavior Technicians. Success Measures
Success measures include adherence to Centria policies, flawless execution of tasks, and meeting or exceeding personal qualitative and quantitative KPI metrics such as achievement of hiring numbers for Supervising Clinicians, time to fill positions, and early-stage turnover. Duties And Responsibilities
Recruiting and Candidate Experience
Develop and execute strategic and innovative sourcing, recruiting, and branding strategies with clearly defined objectives, desired outcomes, diverse professional organizations and networking, social networking, Boolean searches, candidate referrals, agencies, etc. Schedule, conduct, and determine the outcome of interviews with candidates. Provide a positive candidate experience, including the offer process, from start to finish. Educate applicants on the BCBA role at Centria and their onboarding steps. Set clear expectations for next steps and present the opportunity effectively to candidates. Develop a talent pipeline for immediate hire and upcoming positions as staffing needs dictate. Interview candidates to qualify them for position requirements and provide them with information on our company, compensation package, business strategies, position details, and expectations. Partner with hiring managers to identify passive and active candidates to maintain an engaged, diverse talent pool. Maintain Applicant Tracking System to track applicant progress. Refresh and post job advertisements on job boards.
Team Collaboration and Programs
Evaluate the effectiveness of current programs and processes and make recommendations for improvement, in coordination with the Senior Manager/Director of Recruiting. Serve as a subject matter expert on sourcing resources, recruiting techniques, labor market and industry trends, and competitor information.
Attend conferences and job fairs as needed. Compliance with Centria’s Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and Federal and State laws, with responsibility to report violations. Qualifications
Education/Licenses Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Work Experience Experience as a sourcing professional or full-cycle recruiter Equipment And Technology Requirements Basic computer skills; working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC; proficiency in Microsoft Suite and G Suite; Greenhouse ATS (preferred); LinkedIn (preferred); Social Media Platforms (preferred); meeting scheduling platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype) (preferred) Other Competency Requirements Ability to follow written instructions; ability to use computers and software; ability to communicate expressively and receptively Knowledge And Skills Excellent written and verbal communications; ability to build relationships; ability to work under pressure; ability to explain complex information clearly; strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; adaptability; collaborative mindset; strong attention to detail; ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks; proficiency with spreadsheet programs Working Conditions
Centria’s office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM with possible additional time or shifts as needed. Physical Demands
Physical requirements may include bending, reaching, lifting up to 30 pounds; primarily sedentary with periods of walking and standing; close visual acuity for computer work.
