Responsibilities include supporting production and warehouse operations at the Plover facility by providing technical expertise, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software applications to ensure reliable and secure IT systems that enable efficient plant operations, employee productivity, and compliance with company standards.
Specific responsibilities:
Provide technical support to production floor and warehouse operations, ensuring uptime and efficiency of IT systems.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, printers, handheld devices, and related equipment.
Support plant-specific software, ERP systems, and equipment integrations critical to production processes.
Maintain and troubleshoot network connections, switches, servers, and wireless access points within the facility.
Assist with user account management, system access, and security compliance across all plant operations.
Perform preventative maintenance, upgrades, and patches to IT systems to minimize downtime and risks.
Assist in training employees on technology usage, basic troubleshooting, and IT best practices.
Assist with keeping IT work areas clean and organized.
Provide backup support to other IT team members as needed.
Participate in company initiatives and cross-functional improvement projects.
