Job Title: Material Handler I

9 AM 5 PM EST Certifications Forklift Certification (required within 6 months of start date) We are looking for someone with
hands-on logistics and warehouse operations in a GMP-regulated (pharma/biotech) environment
who can: Perform and record all ERP transactions accurately
(Goods Receipts, Goods Issues, Bin Transfers) Manage material flow
from receiving ? storage ? production ? waste disposal Operate material handling equipment
(forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently Ensure compliance
with cGMP and safety standards Be
detail-oriented
and comfortable working cross-functionally (QA, QC, Production, Purchasing) Essentially, they want someone whos a
strong warehouse/logistics technician experienced in ERP and GMP environments Day-to-Day Responsibilities Receive and inspect shipments
verify counts, condition, and match to purchase orders in ERP. Label and store materials
properly in the warehouse following GMP rules. Pick and deliver raw materials
to production areas as per orders. Perform ERP transactions
for every movement (receiving, issuing, transferring). Assist QA/QC teams
in sampling, labeling, or discarding materials. Maintain accurate inventory
through cycle counts and documentation. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
safely. Support compliance and safety initiatives , including SOP adherence and training updates. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
for discrepancies or deliveries.
