Job Description Seeking a Cicil Litigation Legal Secretary with a minimum of 5 years' experience. Prepare and finalize pleadings and discovery E-File pleadings (State and Federal) Assist in trial preparation Prepare and finalize correspondence and depo notices Calendar Hearings, submissions, mediations, deadlines, depositions Maintain electronic files Travel arrangements for attorneys (as requested) Prepare expense reimbursement (as requested) Review and approve invoices Dictation (as requested) High attention to detail Scan, copy, mail, fax documents Cover receptionist as needed Adobe Microsoft (Word, Outlook, Excel) Dropbox Company Description For the last 26 years, Heard & Medack has been exclusively focused on defense litigation.
