Job Title Senior Sous Chef – Atlanta – F1® Arcade Location Atlanta Reporting To Head Chef Position Overview As a Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering high‑quality, innovative dishes that align with F1 Arcade’s brand identity. You will assist in menu execution, maintain exceptional food presentation, uphold the highest standards of taste and consistency, and ensure smooth daily operations for a consistently excellent dining experience. Key Responsibilities Menu execution & culinary excellence – develop and refine menus that align with the brand vision. Kitchen operations management – oversee daily operations, maintain high food quality, and efficient workflows. Team leadership & development – support training, mentoring, and motivating the kitchen team. Inventory & cost control – monitor stock levels, assist in supplier management, and implement cost‑effective measures. Food safety & hygiene compliance – ensure all kitchen operations adhere to strict regulations. Administrative & scheduling support – assist with scheduling, record‑keeping, and operational planning. Required Skills & Experience 3+ years of experience in high‑volume kitchens with supervisory responsibilities. Strong culinary skills – cooking, presentation, consistency. Team support & leadership – ability to assist in leading and motivating kitchen team. Cost control & inventory – monitor food costs, portioning, inventory management. Food safety & compliance – knowledge of regulations and certifications (e.g., ServSafe). Operational efficiency – strong organizational skills, fast‑paced environment troubleshooting. Communication & collaboration – work effectively with Head Chef, kitchen team, front‑of‑house staff. Basic Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand/walk extended periods, frequent hand washing and sanitation, use knives and slicing equipment.
