This role is perfect for someone who thrives on optimizing production processes, improving methods, and staying closely linked to what’s happening on the manufacturing floor. This is a hands-on position that bridges engineering and production. You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to refine Bills of Materials (BOMs), improve workflows, optimize production processes, and ensure high levels of manufacturability across a range of custom-built dock seals and shelters. You’ll also provide feedback on real-time floor issues and help drive continuous improvements in material usage, product design, and assembly methods. Our client is a well-established industrial equipment manufacturer, employing over 400 people and currently expanding its operations across North America. With a strong pipeline of projects and a commitment to innovation, this is an excellent opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer ready to make an impact and grow within a high-performance team.
