Location: Marshall, MN • Salary: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 Overview Manufacturing Engineer role focusing on supporting various manufacturing operations through implementation of equipment, tooling and processes. Emphasis on process improvements, reduction of scrap, improved throughput and efficiencies, and other continuous improvement efforts. The role requires a self-motivated, independent worker who can operate within a team and align with the company goals and job description. Responsibilities Support various manufacturing operations through implementation of equipment, tooling and processes. Focus on improvements to processes, reduction of scrap, improvements to throughput and efficiencies and other efforts for improvement. Implement Lean Methodologies in a job shop environment. Work independently in a team atmosphere within the guidelines and goals of the job description and the company. Communicate effectively in oral and written form and stay well organized. Perform supervisory duties as required. Qualifications Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a team environment. Good oral and written communication skills; well organized. Supervisory skills required. Must qualify as a U.S. Person according to ITAR and/or EAR regulations.
