Manufacturing Engineer Job Overview Support the production of high-quality machined parts by developing efficient manufacturing processes, programming CNC machines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on new product development, process improvement, and technical problem-solving to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations. Key Responsibilities Plan machining and assembly operations based on customer requirements. Develop shop routings, operation sheets, tooling, and process documentation. Program CNC machines to efficiently produce high-quality components. Analyze and resolve machining and tooling issues. Create or revise manufacturing drawings using CAD tools. Lead and manage key engineering projects. Participate in Corrective Action and MRB Boards. Apply value engineering to reduce cost, lead time, and cycle time. Ensure compliance with company policies and military/contractual requirements.
