We are looking for the missing piece to our Human Resource team! If you are new to Human Resources and looking for an entry level role this position is for you. Daily you will support the people who are the heartbeat of our organization, those who work at our dealerships and media companies. You will be the face of the Company when you conduct new hire orientation, introducing each associate to the rich history of the Companies you support and highlighting what sets us apart. Job Expectations:

Partner with recruiter to develop a creative recruitment strategy maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates through a variety of networks Attract candidates by writing and maintaining job postings with the recruiter Screening resumes/applications Assist facilitating a fun, engaging and informative New Hire Orientation Accurate and timely new hire entry in the HRIS and affiliated onboarding electronic systems New Hire Paperwork including Pay Plans, I-9s, etc. Conduct exit interviews for separating employees Maintain statistical and tracking reporting, i.e., hiring, terms, etc. Miscellaneous HR administration duties Keep current with new HR legislation and trends Backup for reception when needed Comfortable traveling to locations away from office EEO reports for FCC Participating in special projects Perform additional duties as assigned/needed Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 4-year degree in Human Resources or HR Certification, a plus Bi-lingual a plus Minimum of two years HR experience preferred Strong MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) Excellent oral and written communications skills Strong analytical skills Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Pass pre-employment background screening Valid driver license with acceptable driving record Reliable transportation Supervisory Responsibilities:
