Locums Opportunity: OB HospitalistLocation: Fort Morgan, ColoradoLicensure: Active CO license or IMLC (LOQ in hand) - RequiredStart Dates:
  • Initial: Nov 27 (7 AM) - Dec 1 (7 AM)
  • Ongoing: Starting January 2026Shifts Needed: 10-15 total shifts/month across all locums
Schedule & Setting
  • Shift Type: 24-hour call (7 AM - 7 AM)
  • Setting: Hospital Call Only
  • Facility Beds: 50
  • Trauma Level: Not rated
  • Average Deliveries: 15 per month
  • Admissions: Varies (unpredictable volume)
  • Patient Population: Adolescent, Adult, Geriatric
  • Support: RN staff, General Surgery 24/7, Urology 2x/week
  • EMR: Epic
Duties & Procedures
  • Scope: General OB/GYN
  • No outpatient clinic - hospital call only
  • Deliveries, OB triage, inpatient OB care
Credentialing & EMR Requirements (Strictly Enforced)To be cleared for start, candidate must complete the following steps in order:
  • Credentialing Pre-App & Full App
  • EMR Learn Modules - Must be completed before virtual training
  • Virtual EMR (PPL) Training - Must be completed at least 1 week prior to start
  • Site Will Only Release First Day Details After All EMR Requirements Are Met EMR account setup may take up to 5 business days once initiated. Provider Requirements
    • Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 0-5 years of residency) - Required
    • Active BLS - Highly preferred (must be obtained during credentialing if not current)
    • Active DEA - Highly preferred
      • Site may accept a transferred DEA, but provider must retain it throughout the entire assignment, not just for scheduled shifts
    • Must confirm understanding and agreement to complete all EMR training requirements - Required
    • Must be available for the Nov 27-Dec 1 stint to be considered for ongoing dates - Required
    • Must state number of ongoing shifts per month the provider can offer - Required
