Position Description:

In the role of a Community Program Coordinator I you will be
working in our Pediatrics Department. Summary Works closely with PI to coordinate the daily activities of the project. Provide support to the team to facilitate the achievement of theproject's goals. Coordinate the consenting, data collection and analysis and preparation of data tables and work in close collaborationwith the primary and co-investigators to complete the project on time.
This is a limited term position ending in June 2027.
Primary Responsibilities Collaborate on the development of program materials including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, andreports. Obtain informed consents by phone, electronic means and/or in person to enroll subjects into the research project being conducted Prospectively track the research subject's participation in the project and ensure regulatory compliance Administer survey instruments, complete the periodic surveys from the research subjects and check completion of surveys andverify accuracy of data Work with Program Director to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program. Assist the co-investigators and PI in the maintenance of recruitment logs and data collection forms Ensure that data downloads are done as needed for the project and in compliance with the IRB oversight Prepare data tables for submission to the biostatistics center and review them for completion Assist PI and coinvestigators in the summary reports, abstracts for conferences and preparation of manuscripts for publication Develop and manage program budget. Schedule people and material resources. Coordinate and manage program outreach activities including acting as a liaison with community organizations. Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data. Report program data and progress to program stakeholders. Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession. Participate in the development of program resources through literature searches, contact with outside programs, and review andsolicitation of funding opportunities. Perform other duties as assigned.
Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge of technical, business, consultation, project management, and cultural awareness. Experience and knowledge in using Microsoft office suite of applications Customer focus, building trust, communication, critical thinking, and influencing skills.

Temporary role with expectations for coverage during core business hours and flexibility required as necessary to accommodate business needs.
