We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources team during a busy seasonal period. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in HR processes to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection and system updates Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries Coordinate meetings, training, and HR-related events Prepare reports, presentations, and other HR documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Qualifications:

Previous experience in HR or administrative support preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems a plus Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Pay Details:

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour
