Qualification
3 years of prior experience in a shipping and receiving department & sit-down forklift experience
Essential Tasks:
Operate sit-down LPG/Electric forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners for loading, unloading, staging, and moving products. Read pick sheets to accurately pull, stage, and prepare production items and stock parts for shipment. Handle shipping/receiving tasks : wash/prep products, wrap/label shipments, confirm deliveries, process discrepancies, and complete required documentation (UPS, FedEx, Bills of Lading, SAGE entries). Coordinate trucking schedules, company transfers, and deliveries using stake bed truck; complete international shipping paperwork. Maintain inventory accuracy through restocking, labeling, FIFO management, cycle counts, and physical inventories. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in work areas while supporting production operations. Perform additional duties as needed to assist manufacturing, purchasing, and inventory control teams.
