Operations Recruiter Salary: $60,000-$75,000/annual based on experience
We're seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Operations Recruiter to join our high-volume recruiting team in our Lakeland, FL office. This role is hybrid (In-office 2 days/week).
As an Operations Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, engaging, and hiring candidates for roles in sales, customer service, and claims. You will collaborate with recruiters, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and other stakeholders to understand talent needs, provide strategic guidance, and implement solutions. You will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer creation, playing a key role in staffing our organization with suitable talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source, interview, and assess candidates for open positions.
Build a network of qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, local events, and referrals.
Manage high-volume requisitions and candidate pipelines.
Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and engagement.
Conduct interviews, evaluations, and present offer packages.
Maintain communication with candidates and provide timely feedback.
Qualifications:
3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in contact centers or high-volume settings.
Bachelor’s degree required; in lieu, 4 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in talent search strategies, candidate sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Ability to influence results in a fast-paced environment and work with diverse teams.
Experience with ATS requisition management and applicant dispositioning is preferred.
Strong communication, relationship management, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to learn technical and procedural information quickly.
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and willingness to travel 10% of the time.
