Administrative Assistant - 48 hour biweekly (Weekdays) - St. Elizabeths Hall Apartments
This role will assist with leasing process, communications and resident activities.

Responsibilities
- Assist with leasing process, communications and resident activities.
- Prepare application packets, new resident welcome packets and vacate packets.
- Receive new applications for housing, add to appropriate waiting list and send confirmation letter.
- Partner with Director on executing private pay leases, admit new resident information in PCC and start meal plan, monitor new move‑in checklist, track return of emergency information forms and update PCC.
- Compile and enter ancillary charges into PCC for end‑of‑month billing; prepare monthly statements for internal mailbox and USPS distribution.
- Respond to housing inquiries and provide tours in Director’s absence.
- Assist with clerical tasks and communications as appropriate.
- Facilitate multipurpose room reservation requests, post weekly reservation schedule, coordinate auditorium requests with Admin and EVS, coordinate cafe requests with Dining, update bulletin boards and channel 971, coordinate bookmobile visits, Department of Aging educational events, AARP tax preparation.
- Coordinate distribution of weekly cafe menu.
- Partner with other team members on health/welfare checks and emergency responses as appropriate.
- Partner with other team members and resident volunteers on front‑desk/mailroom coverage as appropriate.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a senior/disabled living environment (preferred)
