What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including general account reconciliations, journal entries, and bank/credit card reconciliations.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy in financial statements and timely reporting.
- Prepare documentation for internal and external audits, supporting compliance and transparency.
- Oversee project costing and monitor inventory accuracy to ensure reliable and consistent financial data.
- Assist with managing fixed assets, maintaining depreciation schedules, and supporting accounts payable as needed.
- Review pricing, quotes, and cost structures to ensure profitability and accuracy.
- Safeguard financial data by maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all company policies, accounting standards, and applicable regulations.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5–7 years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing cost flow, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and cost of goods sold.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software; ERP experience a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
