We are looking for a
Senior Account Executive
to support our growing influencer practice in a
hybrid
role in our New York City or San Francisco offices. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the influencer landscape, extensive experience in campaign execution, and experience across consumer, tech, and B2B brands. About the role: You will be part of a fast-growth team delivering AI-enabled PR and influencer marketing solutions for emerging, accelerating, and high-growth companies.
Responsibilities
Execute paid influencer campaigns from start to finish, including strategy development, influencer identification & vetting, creative brief development, outreach & negotiations, contracting, briefing and content development.
Serve as project manager: create timelines, facilitate reviews & approvals, communicate status updates to clients, and ensure campaigns meet deadlines.
Assist with campaign finances, such as budget tracking, vendor documentation and invoicing.
Develop campaign, quarterly, and annual reports that illustrate ROI and contextualize results.
Collaborate with PR team to facilitate earned influencer programming and identify opportunities for integrated programming to achieve business goals.
Interpret influencer metrics to predict performance, identify creators strategically, evaluate results, and extract learnings for future programs.
Utilize influencer tools (e.g., Sprout Social, CreatorIQ) and tech platforms to compile recommendations, manage programs and report performance.
Maintain relationships with vendors, key stakeholders, clients and influencer agents/managers.
Monitor industry news & trends and report updates to the team.
Participate in agency new business to grow influencer capabilities.
Qualifications
Ability to join us in a hybrid model, working in-person in the office weekly.
3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, public relations, or brand management in an agency or non-agency setting.
Demonstrated success in end-to-end influencer relations, including strategic planning, identification, vetting, negotiation, content direction, relationship management, measurement and analysis.
Organizational skills to manage influencer contracting/legal, invoicing/financial execution, and data collection related to influencer audience and post-specific metrics.
Understanding of industry regulatory and promotional rules: FTC disclosure guidelines and sound counsel to clients and influencers.
Ability and enthusiasm to work in a cross-collaborative team setting.
Excellent presentation and strategic planning skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, Marketing or a related field preferred.

The anticipated U.S. salary range for the Senior Account Executive level is $58,000-$82,000. Salary is based on factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off and other benefits are available.
