Hybrid is 3 in office and 2 remote.
Responsibilities
Prepare, edit, proofread, and redline legal documents while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage document execution (ink and DocuSign) and organize electronic/physical files.
Track deadlines, follow-ups, and project milestones involving multiple stakeholders.
Support General Counsel with calendar/email management, meeting coordination, and expense reporting.
Assist with audits, transactions, litigation prep, compliance, and governance matters.
Serve as notary and collaborate with internal teams (tax, accounting, IT, operations) to ensure seamless support.
Qualifications
7+ years of legal administrative or secretarial experience in a law firm or in-house legal department.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential matters.
Proficiency in MS Office and legal tools (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe, document management systems).
Salary:
Up to 120K, some flexibility possible depending on experience. Outstanding bonus.
