Nice to have Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management experience What we’re not looking for We’re not looking for someone senior/executive (CFO-level) who wants to be purely strategic with minimal execution. We need someone who is scrappy, hands-on, and comfortable rolling up their sleeves. We are not expecting perfect systems day one; there will be ambiguity, gaps, iteration. But you must be able to build the scaffolding and deliver predictable outcomes. Why Bridge?
Be first in finance; help build something that matters, and set the foundation for how finance scales at a mission-critical company. Direct impact on patient access, clinic sustainability, and affordability of care. Strong support from leadership and investors; a culture that values experimentation, clarity, and doing the hard stuff right. Competitive compensation + equity, benefits typical of Series A companies. Pay Transparency
The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $120,000 - $168,000 USD. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, sales incentives (for sales roles), and employee benefits. Given Bridge’s funding and size, we heavily value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package. Bridge has minimal hierarchy and titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles. Location
Our preference is for individuals who can join us in-person in Boulder, CO. Our ideal weekly schedule is 3 days in-office and 2 days working remotely.
