Now, we’re growing—and looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner (Hybrid – NY) to join our team!

What You’ll Do

Own Full‑Cycle Recruiting: Lead the end‑to‑end hiring process — from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation — across both technical and non‑technical roles.

Drive TA Projects & Results: Take ownership of key talent acquisition initiatives. Define success metrics, manage timelines, and deliver measurable outcomes that improve time‑to‑fill, conversion rates, and candidate quality.

Influence & Partner: Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and leadership. Influence hiring decisions through data and insights, train interviewers, and help elevate recruiting practices company‑wide.

Collaborate Across Teams: Build strong partnerships with HRBPs, Hiring Partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and align on strategy.

Leverage Data & Systems: Use recruiting metrics, dashboards, and tools to identify trends, optimise workflows, and maintain operational excellence.

Deliver Exceptional Candidate Experiences: Provide timely, transparent communication and a high‑touch experience that reflects our culture and values.

Champion the Brand: Represent and amplify our employer brand through every candidate interaction and creative outreach initiative.

Bring Market Insights: Stay current on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity to inform talent strategy and influence business decisions.

Who You Are

Senior Recruiter: Who blends strategic partnership with hands‑on execution — someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑growth tech environments and knows how to build relationships that deliver results.

GTM Recruiting Expertise: 4+ years full‑cycle experience hiring across sales, marketing, and customer success; ideally in ad‑tech/tech/SaaS.

Trusted Partner: Exceptional stakeholder management — consultative, influential, and able to align hiring needs with business outcomes.

Relationship Builder: Empathetic, personable, and passionate about exceptional candidate experience.

Culture & Brand Advocate: Represents the company’s values and elevates our employer brand in every interaction.

Tenacious Talent Hunter: Persistent, creative, and resourceful in sourcing and closing top talent.

Negotiation & Closing Skills: Confident communicator with strong judgment and tact.

Operational Excellence: Highly organised, data‑driven, and skilled at context‑switching and prioritisation.

Proactive Problem Solver: Learns quickly, acts with initiative, and drives results without needing direction.

Collaborative Mindset: Works cross‑functionally with transparency, respect, and trust.

Talent Market Expert: Keeps a pulse on industry trends, talent availability, and compensation insights to advise hiring teams effectively.

Bonus Points If You Have

Greenhouse Experience: Comfortable managing pipelines, workflows, and reporting in Greenhouse ATS.

Ad‑Tech Industry Experience: Familiar with the ecosystem, terminology, and go‑to‑market motion of ad‑tech or programmatic companies.

Business Acumen: Understands how recruiting impacts company strategy, growth, and revenue outcomes.

Location & Compensation

Location: New York (hybrid: 3 days in‑office, 2 days remote)

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 Base Salary + Equity

Compensation is based on experience, skills, and other factors. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards at Cognitiv—you’ll also receive equity and a comprehensive benefits package.
