Billing Coordinator - Shared Services

TK Elevator is seeking a Billing Coordinator to support our Shared Service Center. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant billing across the organization, partnering with branch offices, operations teams, and customers to maintain financial accuracy and deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and process invoices for service, repair, and modernization work, ensuring alignment with contract terms, documentation, and company policy.
Act as a liaison between the Shared Service Center, field operations, and account management teams to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate seamless information flow.
Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external billing inquiries, providing clear communication and issue resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough understanding of company billing procedures, systems, and industry requirements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to financial controls.
Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and data integrity, contributing to system enhancements and process optimization initiatives.
Collaborate with peers and leaders across departments to support company goals, uphold service standards, and foster a positive team environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred; High School Diploma required.
At least 1 year of experience within a Shared Service environment.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Understanding of data processing applications.
Strong prioritization, multitasking, and attention to detail; ability to meet month‑end deadlines under pressure.
High level of data entry accuracy and ability to handle sensitive information.
Effective interpersonal skills at all employee levels, with positive verbal and written communication.
Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions provided in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.
