Salary: $121,500.00 – $233,000.00

The Value Indirect organization supports the Total Wireless Exclusive Retail channel as well as the Authorized Retailer channel for Simple Mobile and Verizon Prepaid brands.

Your Role in Our Mission As a mobile worker with up to 25% travel, you will report to the Sr. Director and lead Associate Directors responsible for executing the strategic vision and plans around training, communications, and execution of field initiatives for the Value Indirect organization.

Primary Responsibilities

Build and execute a strategic framework centered on sales and experience excellence in Value Indirect physical distribution.

Lead a team of people leaders in training, resources, communications, implementation, and customer‑experience strategy.

Manage cross‑functional programs and projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with channel priorities and sales goals.

Develop and deliver strategic plans for field execution around product, service, and promotional launches.

Own end‑to‑end implementation plans for complex projects with limited oversight.

Communicate project updates clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Build relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted business partner.

Lead post‑mortem reviews of achievements versus strategic plans and identify improvement opportunities.

Improve team reporting, analysis, and performance metrics to impact sales outcomes.

Develop strategies to maximize customer and employee satisfaction and retention.

Oversight of channel customer needs and employee experience initiatives to achieve business objectives.

Manage a support team that designs and executes programs enabling field sales teams.

Create effective executive presentations with top‑level readouts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Ten or more years of relevant experience, including leadership, program or project management.

Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, tactical, and critical‑thinking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross‑functional teams.

Self‑motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Master’s Degree or MBA.

Experience in strategy development and execution planning.

Experience working with external partners and vendors.

Experience building new enablement tools or programs.

High proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Slides/PowerPoint.

Experience driving sales, productivity, performance, and results with influence without direct authority.

What You’ll Be Working On This mobile role involves working from customer or field locations, with occasional visits to Verizon locations for in‑person training and meetings.
