Pay Range Base pay: $28.74/hr – $38.85/hr. State of New Hampshire will determine your actual pay based on skills and experience.

Summary Support the Games Manager and team in developing, marketing, and pre‑launch activities for digital lottery products such as eInstant and eDraw games. Collaborate with agency teams to ensure seamless launches and create promotional strategies that maximize reach and engagement. Ensure marketing complies with regulations to drive successful launches and ongoing engagement.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience OR equivalent combination of 7 years of education and experience after high school in game design, marketing, project management, product development, business administration, or related field.
Valid driver’s license or access to transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with lottery products and processes.
Understanding of software development lifecycle, UI/UX principles, and project management.
Previous management experience.
Responsibilities
Lead development of the digital game roadmap and oversee all pre‑launch preparations to ensure a seamless launch process.
Facilitate comprehensive project planning meetings with vendors, aligning stakeholders on objectives and timelines.
Collaborate closely with the Games Manager and Chief Product and Program Officer on digital game strategy.
Conduct secondary reviews of games (prize structure, UI/UX, names, text, and imagery) to ensure compliance with Lottery standards.
Execute User Acceptance Testing for e‑Instant games across desktops, mobile browsers, and apps; troubleshoot and resolve issues with product teams and vendors.
Conduct weekly KPI evaluations for digital lottery games, analyze trends, and develop actionable insights to meet sales and profitability targets.
Create copy for digital game selling points, value propositions, and unique features for marketing assets.
Serve as the primary contact for player inquiries regarding digital games and provide reports on player activity.
Provide input on the Games Team’s strategy, policies, and tools to improve operations and performance.
Cross‑train on other Lottery games and serve as the digital games trainer for the team.
