The NetSuite Systems Administrator engages and communicates with all company stakeholders (Accounting, Sales, Warehouse, etc.). The individual is responsible for all aspects of GST's NetSuite ERP operations and analyzes NetSuite data to enable better business decisions and strategic prioritization.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Work with internal stakeholders to analyze complex needs and issues and assess how NetSuite can be utilized as a solution to ongoing issues within business operations.
Perform day‑to‑day operation, maintenance, projects, change requests and support tasks for the entire NetSuite application and ecosystem.
Plan, review, revise, develop, test and deploy feature configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet evolving business and operational needs.
Design, maintain, and troubleshoot workflow implementations.
Create new dashboards, saved searches, manage users, roles and permissions, KPIs/metrics, custom reports and fields, and build custom workflows.
Monitor end‑user usage, daily system scripts, and track performance.
Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure data integrity, change protocols, customization and usage.
Job Qualifications
Associate's Degree
2+ years of experience with ERP systems
Experience in accounting, distribution, or warehouse functions (a plus)
NetSuite certification a plus
JavaScript, SQL, and advanced Excel skills a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Organized, collaborative, team‑oriented work style
Ability to work independently and demonstrate commitment to quality and tight deadlines
