Job Description

Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands including reprographic services, and shipping and receiving.

Receive package deliveries and prepare outgoing package shipments.

Receive material shipments and restock, keeping storage spaces orderly.

Be available for overtime, including weekends, during busy seasons to accommodate client needs and support team coverage.

Lifting heavy boxes, files, or paper when needed.

Maintain and monitor tidiness in break areas.

Stock break areas with general supplies.

Take inventory of office supplies; identify when to replenish and how much.

Follow directions from supervisor or site manager.

Participate in cross‑training.

Provide backfill as needed.

The pay range for this position starts at $18.25/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

Experience as a Site Representative and/or at least 1 year of demonstrated knowledge and experience in a related functional area.

Directly‑related equipment operation experience.

Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of related equipment.

Computer experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to learn various programs and applications.

Ability to lift up to 55 lbs.

Ability to consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines and policies, and company safety standards.

Accountability to meet the employer's attendance policy.

Ability to take and follow directions.
