Manage day-to-day operations of the inside sales function while ensuring high levels of customer service Oversee the research and preparation of sales orders and quotes, providing accurate product specifications and pricing Develop and implement sales initiatives, track metrics, and prepare forecasts Collaborate with marketing and merchandising to enhance brand consistency and drive sales Lead the inside sales team, fostering talent development and performance evaluation Qualifications
BS/BA in a related discipline Minimum of 7 years of experience in a related field Proven experience managing inside sales teams and driving performance Strong understanding of inside sales operations, particularly in B2B or distribution environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications
