Cardiology Nurse Practitioner Job with Trinity Health in Grand Rapids, MI
Trinity Health Medical Group (THMG) is seeking a full‑time Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner to join our Cardiology and Vascular Team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Practice Features
Be part of a dynamic and expanding cardiology group with a strong support system
Work alongside expert medical and advanced nursing teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
Access state‑of‑the‑art diagnostic tools and medical interventions to support top‑tier clinical decision‑making
Participate in a rotating weekend schedule shared among Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
Serve as backup for the Vascular APP, including rounding on vascular patients during vacations or absences
Support in structural cardiology, contributing to innovative and collaborative care
Assist with inbox management, patient follow‑ups, and expanding appointment availability across both specialties
Help streamline care for patients with overlapping cardiovascular needs through interdisciplinary collaboration
Provide both inpatient and outpatient care across cardiology and vascular surgery settings

Qualifications
Experience preferred
APPs must be board certified in their specialty prior to employment
