As an RN on our team, you will provide stellar care and education to mothers and newborns in the Mother/Baby unit, coordinating a smooth transition home.

Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to mothers and newborns.
Implement, monitor, evaluate, and update patient care plans.
Document and communicate patient conditions accurately.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
Carry out physician and nursing orders.
Assess and coordinate discharge needs.
Educate patients and families.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program).
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or American Red Cross.
One year of acute‑care RN experience or licensed military RN experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing (BSN).
Physical Requirements
Full range of body motion; handle and lift patients; manual and finger dexterity; eye‑hand coordination.
Standing and walking for extended periods.
Corrected vision and hearing within normal range.
Ability to work under stressful conditions and irregular hours.
Exposure to communicable diseases and/or body fluids.
Medium work: 20–50 lb of force occasionally; 10–25 lb frequently; >10 lb constantly to move objects.
Personal Protective Equipment
Follow standard precautions using required PPE.
Shift Schedule Night and on‑call shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. with rotating weekend and holiday requirements.
