Recruiting Specialist
to join our Corporate Recruiting team and help attract top talent across multiple disciplines.
What You’ll Do
Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and other platforms
Coordinate and schedule virtual and in‑person interviews
Prepare and send offer letters; follow up with hiring managers and candidates
Pre‑screen candidates and conduct reference checks
Post and manage job ads through the ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sites
Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS
Support onboarding by coordinating new hire paperwork and pre‑employment requirements
Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, HR, or related field (preferred, not required)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
Self‑motivated, proactive, and personable with a results‑driven mindset
