Ascent Credit Union
Ascent Credit Union is looking for a full-time member service representative to identify member needs and recommend credit union products and service solutions that will improve our members’ financial well-being while helping with basic financial transactions. This position helps meet staffing needs across our three branches in Weber County. The service representative will travel between our branches as needed. The roving MSR may be assigned to other branches for a day or several weeks.
How You Will Contribute
Build trust with our members by delivering service in alignment with our Service Promises
Speak with members and identify opportunities to better their finances
Accurately process financial transactions
Take deposits, make loan payments, and process withdrawals
Answer incoming calls and messages to determine the needs of the caller and verify the caller’s identity
Act as an effective source of information for our members in lobby, drive-thru window, or by telephone
Provide friendly, professional, confidential and effective assistance to members and credit union staff
Assure a positive experience and provide value to the member
Provide friendly, professional, confidential, and effective assistance to members and credit union staff
Research, troubleshoot and resolve member and internal inquiries
Take on special projects and new responsibilities as directed by the branch manager
