Executive Director RCFE — Ivy Living. Location: Ivy Park at Playa Vista. Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000. Responsibilities

The Executive Director is responsible for the efficient operations and overall management of the day-to-day functions of the Community in accordance with property policies and procedures, current standards, guidelines, and regulations. They will hire, evaluate, coordinate, monitor performance, schedule, and supervise staff in accordance with company policy. The Executive Director is also responsible for achieving and maintaining budgeted occupancy and budgetary compliance, and for professionally representing the property to the community and the Corporation. They will create a supportive and enjoyable lifestyle for residents. Qualifications

Completion of two (2) years of college and at least three (3) years of experience providing residential care to the elderly, or equivalent education and experience as approved by the Department of Social Services. A valid California Residential Care Facility for the Elderly Certification or Licensed Nursing Home Executive Director. Prefer five (5) years of experience supervising and managing employees. Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.). Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of assisted living and dementia care. Able to work with seniors and interact patiently with cognitively impaired individuals. Able to be flexible, adapt to change, make decisions in stressful situations, and prioritize tasks and projects. Able to process information and follow written or oral instructions; able to analyze and solve problems. Able to read budgets and financial reports/statements and perform moderately complex math. Able to explain ideas and communicate complex ideas to a wide audience (employees, residents, family members, governmental agencies, public) in writing and verbally. Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB tests. May be required to vaccinate and participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and wear PPE per regulatory guidelines to protect team members and residents from COVID-19 or other communicable diseases.
