This role supports TK Elevator’s financial operations by ensuring accurate, timely, & compliant billing across our Shared Service Center. This position partners closely with branch offices, operations teams, and customers to maintain financial accuracy, streamline processes, and uphold exceptional service standards. (At this time, we are conducting networking conversations for anticipated future openings.)
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Billing & Accuracy:
Prepare, review, and process invoices for service, repair, and modernization work. Ensure all billing aligns with contract terms, completion documentation, and company policy standards.
Collaboration & Communication:
Serve as a key liaison between the Shared Service Center, field operations, and account management teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure seamless information flow.
Customer Support:
Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external billing inquiries, providing clear communication and issue resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
Process Compliance:
Maintain a thorough understanding of company systems, billing procedures, and industry requirements to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to financial controls.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and data integrity, contributing to system enhancements and process optimization initiatives.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with peers and leaders across departments to support company goals, uphold service standards, and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
