Job Description Summary The Siemens Healthineers Education and Workforce Solutions organization has overall responsibility for providing onsite technical training for Siemens MRI platform at our customer's medical facilities. In this role you will ensure that the Clinical Education training on Siemens MR Imaging systems and components are facilitated to provide expert technical training, deliver customer excellence, and represent Siemens Healthineers with professionalism and a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver onsite and virtual education to customers related to Siemens imaging systems, software features, functionalities and workflows.

Facilitate design and development of onsite and virtual education for both internal and external Siemens partners.

Evaluate education needs of customers and create training plans with materials, tutorials, instructions and learning resources for onsite and virtual modules.

Stay up-to-date on latest tools and resources to improve customer and employee training and performance.

Support coach accounts as needed.

Select and prioritize modality content development in alignment with Education Development Specialist.

Develop virtual education for customers and employees.

Communicate with virtual delivery team and Education Development Specialist on training materials.

Participate in meetings, seminars, and training sessions to inform future training programs.

Assist with creation of training content for the training and development website and e‑learning tools.

Follow branding and formatting guidelines for content development.

Maintain a database of all training materials.

Consult with trainers, managers, and leadership to ensure training sessions and business needs are aligned.

Success Measurements

Detailed knowledge of latest Siemens imaging systems and applications.

Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite and instructional software.

Strong organizational skills, setting and meeting timelines.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Analytical and problem‑solving skills for improved solutions.

Basic knowledge of networking and hospital workflow.

Education, Knowledge & Experience

BS/BA in related discipline; advanced degree preferred or graduate from a certified Radiologic Technology program.

ARRT Registered in MR clinical modality required.

5+ years of successful experience in related field, demonstrating key responsibilities and knowledge above.

MR cardiac and/or advanced neuro experience – highly preferred.

Teaching experience – preferred.

Required travel 90–95%.

Location Candidate may reside in the Northeast or Central zones. Southeast, Midwest, and West zones will be considered.

Base Pay Range Min $89,220 – Max $133,820.
