About the Role The CRNA cares for patients at all acuity levels across the lifespan in a variety of settings for procedures including surgical, obstetrical, diagnostic, therapeutic, and pain management.
Benefits & Compensation
Sign‑On Bonus: $75,000 with a three‑year work commitment.
Premium pay for weekends and extra shifts.
Relocation assistance (required if living >75 miles from Huntsville Hospital).
Voluntary call: earn up to an additional $25,000 annually and premium call‑back pay.
Annual retention bonus.
Annual CV stipend.

Education & Qualifications
Current active state licensure as a registered nurse in Alabama or a compact State RN License; compliance with all CRNA regulatory requirements.
Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
Current certification or recertification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
Demonstrated current competency in the clinical responsibilities outlined below.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
ACLS, BLS, PALS certification (American Heart Association).
Proficiency in managing anesthesia care in the facility setting.
Ability to use and interpret data from anesthesia equipment.
Effective verbal and written communication for collaboration.
Knowledge of patient care principles across all ages.
Understanding of infection prevention and control.
Maintaining confidential records and adherence to facility policies.
