Compensation & Benefits

Sign‑on Bonus: $75,000 with a three‑year work commitment

Premium pay for weekends and extra shifts

Voluntary call pay: up to $25,000 annual salary bonus plus premium call‑back pay

Position Details Title: Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Employment Type: Full‑time

Shift Options: 1st shift (11 a.m.–11 p.m., 3 days per week), 7 on 7 off (12‑hour), 16‑hour shifts (7 a.m.–11 p.m.)

Sign‑on bonus: $75 000 as noted above.

Education / Qualifications

Current active state RN license in Alabama or a compact RN license, and CRNA licensing compliance.

Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.

Current certification or recertification by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.

Demonstrated competency in the clinical responsibilities specified below.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

ACLS, BLS, PALS certification (American Heart Association)

Clinical performance as a nurse anesthetist in the facility setting, with regular practice.

Operating, using, and interpreting data from a wide variety of anesthesia equipment to support safe perioperative care.

Effective verbal and written communication with clinical staff.

Knowledge of patient populations and age‑specific needs across the lifespan.

Understanding of infection prevention and control techniques.

Ability to maintain confidential records.

Adherence to facility policies and procedures.
