Represent clients in family law hearings, mediations, and trials Draft motions, pleadings, settlement agreements, and final orders Guide clients through complex legal and emotional situations Collaborate with paralegals and senior attorneys on case strategy Oversee case files, track progress, and manage deadlines Communicate regularly with clients and opposing counsel Occasional travel required across WV and OH Qualifications
Licensed to practice law in the state of Ohio Excellent communication and negotiation skills Excellent courtroom presence and legal writing skills Strong communication and client relationship abilities Confidence under pressure and compassion for people in crisis Willingness to work independently and as part of a team Compensation
