About The Job

As a member of the Delivery team, you will help our clients drive more revenue by creating a buying experience that’s frictionless and human. You will move high‑growth companies toward a more operationally efficient organization.
We’re looking for a RevOps Architect who can lead strategy and solution design across the sales engagement tech stack, acting as the connective tissue between tools, data, and process. You will serve as an SME on the process of scoping, discovery, solutioning, and leading the team through architecture decisions that consider scalability, trade‑offs, best practices, and the latest technology trends.
On a given day, a RevOps Architect will spend time:
Owning solution design for complex projects involving Gong and related tools (SFDC, HubSpot, Clay), considering long‑term scalability, business objectives, and user adoption.
Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to understand prospect and customer engagement, then architecting technical solutions that support those goals.
Defining and evolving best practices (with an emphasis on AI for automation and scale) around conversation intelligence, activity capture, sales forecasting, sales engagement, coaching workflows, and reporting across the revenue stack.
Leading integration efforts between Gong and platforms such as Salesforce, Slack, HubSpot, Clay, Snowflake, or data warehouses.
Staying ahead of the curve on Gong features and sales tech trends, serving as SME for our internal team and clients.
Actively coaching and mentoring the team on solutions.
Serving as an ambassador within the Revenue Operations space, keeping a pulse on the latest releases and technology trends to advise how changes impact teams and customers.
About You
8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Systems roles, with significant experience owning architecture in sales tech ecosystems.
Deep understanding of Gong, Outreach, or Salesloft, including implementation, enablement, and data workflows.
Proven ability to lead discovery, scope projects, and build consensus with senior stakeholders.
Strong technical chops, especially in Salesforce architecture, reporting strategy, and integration management.
Proficient in lean and agile development.
Excellent communication, able to influence both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Bonus: Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect, or on the path to certification.
