About the Practice Redwood Pulmonary Medical Associates, founded in 2002, is a well-established multispecialty group practice combining clinical excellence with innovation. Our physicians provide comprehensive care in pulmonary, sleep, and critical care medicine, supported by advanced remote monitoring platforms and a strong interdisciplinary team.

The practice is based in Redwood City, CA, located within Sequoia Hospital, where our patients are hospitalized. Sequoia is a community hospital known for its dedicated medical staff, modern 16-bed ICU, and commitment to quality patient care.

Position Highlights Full-time clinical position

with a balanced mix of outpatient pulmonary medicine and inpatient critical care.

Partnership-track

within 24 months for qualified candidates. Collegial environment emphasizing collaboration, evidence-based practice, and continuous improvement. Shared ICU coverage with other intensivists and equitable call rotation. Opportunity to participate in leadership positions, teaching, and clinical research. Administrative and operational support allowing focus on patient care.

Candidate Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited institution.

Completion of an accredited Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine fellowship.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Disease and Critical Care Medicine.

California medical licensure.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Commitment to treating patients from diverse backgrounds.
