Past experience managing inventory for small business unit. What you’ll do
Directly support our drone vehicle production assembly process to identify and communicate methods to improve quality, reduce cost, and optimize the assembly process. Cross trained in vehicle testing process for production support as needed. Support vehicle assembly process using hand tools to install parts and wiring while following detailed work instructions. Interact with factory build sequence and part tracking system to ensure correct parts are used, specific sequences are followed, and the complete vehicle genealogy is documented. Support day-to-day activities relative to assigned drone assembly process(s). Work with production and the operations teams to help execute production readiness and testing responsibilities. Identify and recommend assembly/process improvements. Pay attention to detail without becoming lost in the details. Test Support
Setup and Execute vehicle testing as needed to ensure product functionality and conformity. Basic Qualifications
Mechanical and electrical integration or assembly experience. Experience in installation of sub-assemblies and assemblies while working to drawings or CAD files. Ability to carry / lift up to 50lbs, stand / walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend and reach. Demonstrate proactive safety mindset in ambiguous situations. Familiar with common business applications and tools (e.g. MS Office, SQL). Excellent business communication skills. Excellent troubleshooting skills. Extremely customer focused with strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion. Position may be subject to DOT drug and alcohol testing. Federal law requires applicant's history of DOT drug and/or alcohol violation(s) or refusal(s) to test before hiring into a safety-sensitive position, if applicable. Preferred Qualifications
