Base pay range:
$75,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow service contracts and client base.
Collaborate with the VP of Construction Operations and Director of Service to align sales goals with operational capacity.
Represent Quantum in client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Service Operations
Oversee service technicians and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of HVAC and plumbing services.
Monitor service KPIs and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with estimating and project management teams to scope and price service work accurately.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and mentor service technicians and junior sales staff.
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Client Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for service clients in Fort Worth.
Resolve escalated issues and ensure long‑term client retention.
