Hilton Hawaiian Village Waikiki Beach Resort is looking to add passionate Security Officers to the team! Located on the widest stretch of beach in Waikiki, this is a perfect opportunity for someone who drives and is passionate about providing safety and memorable experiences for guests.
Ideal candidates for this role will possess:
At least one (1) year of security officer experience.
Quality customer service background.
Prior hotel security experience would be beneficial.
Shift Pattern : AM, PM, Overnight * schedule will vary and include weekend/holidays
Pay Rate : $23.20

Responsibilities : As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and team members and the security of the hotel and property in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
Patrol the interior of and the perimeter of the hotel and the property to observe and identify potential safety risks, security risks and undesirable conditions.
Respond to emergency situations including, but not limited to, safety hazards, fires, medical emergencies and threats to life and/or property.
Promote safe work practices.
Initiate preliminary investigations into incidents, as needed.
Write reports and ensure accuracy of necessary documentation, as needed.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner.
