Business Analyst – US Patient Services (SFHC CRM)

You will be responsible for: We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in US Patient Services programs and hands‑on expertise with SFHC CRM (Salesforce Health Cloud). The candidate will play a key role in understanding business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting the design and implementation of CRM‑based solutions that enhance patient and provider experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Patient Services business teams to gather and analyse business requirements.

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of SFHC CRM solutions with business objectives.

Conduct requirement workshops, user interviews, and process mapping to translate business needs into functional specifications.

Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Support UAT planning, execution, and issue triage, ensuring solutions meet business expectations.

Work closely with Salesforce architects, developers, and QA teams to validate design and functionality.

Analyse data and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and patient engagement.

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and pharma data privacy guidelines.

Provide training, documentation, and post‑deployment support to end users.

Required Skills & Experience:

5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Pharmaceutical / Patient Services domain.

Strong understanding of US Patient Support Programs (PSP) processes – Benefit Verification, Copay, PAP, Reimbursement, etc.

Hands‑on experience working with Salesforce Health Cloud (SFHC CRM) or similar CRM platforms.

Proficiency in requirement elicitation, documentation, and process modelling.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as JIRA, Confluence.

Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with pharma clients and understanding of CRM data models for HCPs, Patients, and Case Management.

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Business Analyst, Health Cloud Accredited Professional) are a plus.

Prior experience in onshore client‑facing roles supporting implementation or enhancement of patient service programs.

Soft Skills:

Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Proactive and detail-oriented with an ownership mindset.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and cross‑functional environment.
