Summary
We’re seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist who will serve as a key bridge between Sales (CFT) and Marketing, driving channel growth and visibility across both online and retail environments in the U.S. and Canada.
This role partners closely with the North America Sales team to plan and execute quarterly and seasonal campaigns, build impactful retail and e-commerce experiences, and strengthen Cooler Master’s presence with key partners including Amazon, Newegg, Micro Center, Best Buy, B&H Photo, D&H, Ingram Micro, Ma Labs, and ASI.

Role & Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales (CFT) to develop and execute quarterly channel marketing campaigns aligned with product launches and seasonal opportunities.
Build tailored promotional programs for major sales periods (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday, Back to School, Holiday).
Manage the regional channel calendar and ensure timely execution of MDF-funded activities.
Work with distributors and retail partners to activate Cooler Master campaigns and measure performance.
E-commerce & Retail Presence
Drive optimization of A+ content, product pages, and brand stores across Amazon, Newegg, and other e-commerce platforms.
Partner with the digital marketing team to run paid media and promotional exposures through channel platforms.
Enhance Cooler Master’s retail experience through in-store displays, planograms, and merchandising updates in collaboration with retail partners.
Monitor and analyze online reviews, rankings, and conversion data to inform continuous improvements.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Marketing for messaging alignment and launch readiness.
Collaborate with Digital and Social Media teams to amplify channel promotions through paid and organic exposure.
Support Sales in joint presentations, sell-in decks, and performance recaps for key retail partners.
Market Research & Insights
Continuously research retail and e-commerce trends to identify new opportunities for engagement and growth.
Benchmark best practices in channel marketing, pricing visibility, and shopper experience.
Provide actionable insights to improve execution and ROI of campaigns.
Performance Tracking
Track and report on program KPIs such as MDF ROI, participation rate, conversion lift, and visibility metrics.
Maintain organized documentation of all partner campaigns, assets, and results for future reference and analysis.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in channel marketing, retail marketing, or e-commerce marketing within the tech or consumer electronics industry.
Experience collaborating with retail and e-commerce partners such as Amazon, Best Buy, Newegg, or similar.
Familiarity with MDF programs, digital merchandising, and online content optimization (A+, enhanced brand content, etc.).
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and project management skills; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and marketing analytics tools.
