Role Overview This position directly supervises the operations of a shift in a restaurant. The QSR Lead Representative coordinates the work of team members assigned to the shift and maintains the company and brand operational standards, ensuring all guests leave satisfied.

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner and coaches team members to do the same.

Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties, assigns shift duties to team members and follows up to ensure completion.

Directs team and ensures all food items are prepared and served in accordance with brand, company, and health department regulations, coaching team members to follow guidelines for food preparation and production management.

Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met.

Monitors and ensures accuracy of all cash, sales, and inventory control records for the duration of the shift; completes end of shift and end of day paperwork and counts as required.

Communicates any discrepancies to immediate supervisor.

Guarantees a safe environment for team members and guests by following all government laws and safety codes.

Completes reports on all incidents following the 5‑minute rule policy.

Reaches, grasps, and manipulates objects with hands for entire shift, including reaching for objects overhead.

Pushes, pulls, lifts, and carries up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lbs. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead.
