Senior Credit Strategist

Senior Credit Strategist We are looking for a Senior Credit Strategist to train AI models. You will measure the progress of AI chatbots, evaluate their logic, and solve problems to improve each model’s quality. This role requires an expert level of financial reasoning. Related fields include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

Give AI chatbots diverse and complex problems and evaluate their outputs

Evaluate the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance

Qualifications

Fluency in English (native or bilingual)

Detail‑oriented

Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, data analysis, and related reasoning exercises

Master’s or PhD (in progress or completed) preferred but not required
